A wonderful set of juice cleanses to Reset, Revive, Restore and Reboot your systems.  These juice cleanses are specially designed for holidays and keeping colder weather in mind to warm up the body adequately. These will include one vegan soup per day. Simple ingredients provides great results. This will help you get ready for the holiday season and get rid of holiday indulgence and feel lighter, normal again afterwards.

In order to streamline operations and maintain highest quality, we will do preorders only. Order herePlease pre order and reserve your cleanse. Pick them up by the dates as shown below. We will not be substituting any juices in any of these cleanses. These are available thru 1/20/23. All orders are non refundable.

New Year Cleanse - Start the new year right by giving body a deserving chance to perform for you the whole year ahead. This includes #1 Flavorade, #2 Trubliss, #4 Beetit, #5 Almond Milk,  #10 The Burner, 1 Vegan soup (Mix vegetable).

Easy One - This one is recommended before and after the cleanse to get in and out of cleansfast. This includes #1 Flavorade, #2 Trubliss, #4Beetit and shot of GInger lemon.

#1, Flavorade - Ginger, honey, lemon, filtered water

#2, Trubliss - Celery, Cucumber, Spinach, Kale, Apple, Ginger and Lemon.

A great start of the day with acid neutralizing greens to gently awaken organs.

#4, Beetit - Beet, Carrot, Apple. Enrich the blood with oxygen and good for lever.

#5 Almond milk - Raw almonds, Dates, filtered water

#6 Vimzcarrot - Carrot, Orange and Ginger. A natural boost of energy with citrus twist.

#7 Dad's Caddy - Carrot, Turmeric, Pineapple and Orange. A great for joints, anti inflammatory. Good for skin as well.

#8 Fennelcare - Fennel, Apple and Ginger. A digestive tonic with cooling fennel and heat from ginger.

#10 The Burner - Apple, Coconut water, Ginger, Lemon. A burner with ginger, aids in digestion and may improve metabolism.

Vegan mixed vegetable soup - A delicious and mildly spicy mix of vegetables carrots, tomatoes, bell pepper, beetroot, yellow squash, zucchini, onions, ginger, garlic, cumin, black peeper, salt,  traditional Indian garam(hot) masala mixture (cinnamon, peppercorns, cardamom, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, cloves, bay leaves)

No one really can tell what works for one will work for everyone. However, the idea of flooding your body with nutrients and helping bring it back to homeostasis should be considered by everyone.

Some tips for Cleanse FAST:

Before Juice fasting (At least 3 days in advance):

1) A warm up is necessary before you start exercising. Just like how a prerequisite course is recommended or required before you take higher-level classes in school, preparation is recommended before you get on a juice fast.
2) Avoid all possible drinks with added white sugar and caffeine such as sodas, coffee, and black tea.
3) Drink plenty of water.
4) Avoid all meat and processed food, if possible, and eat only natural foods such as fruits and vegetables in salad form with some grains and light dressings.
5) Try to pace your activities and get plenty of sleep.

During Juice fast:

1) Only consume highest quality organic juices.
2) Drink juices as recommended.
3) If you must eat, then you can have small salad for lunch and dinner.
4) Drink plenty of water.
5) Plan your activities so you don’t get exhausted.

After Juice fast:

1) A cool down is necessary after workout. Similarly, continue with the good habits that you formed during juice fast.
2) Continue with Flavorade and TRUCE.
3) Introduce salads with light dressings of your choice.
4) Drink plenty of water.
5) Introduce your routine diet but be mindful that you have just helped you body get rid of unwanted toxins. Eat with caution.

What to expect:

1) Experience fatigue initially.
2) Urge to use restroom more frequently.
3) Headache and or body aches initially due to body trying get rid of toxins and undesired waste material from various organs.
4) Our body is very forgiving and will get used to different nutrients those are coming in and will help them do what it need to do.
5) Pace your activities while on Cleanse Fast.
