After or during holiday indulgence, it is important to help bring body back into homeostasis. A  day or two of juice to dinner program can help tremendously towards that goal. This cleansefast consists of yummy juices with essential herbs and spices for digestion and a flavor shot. It contains 1 16 oz. each of Flavorade, Truce, Dad's Caddy, Beetit or Peartox and a 2 oz. Ginger-lemon shot.

Flavorade - Ionized alkaline water, Lemon, ginger and honey

Truce - Celery, Cucumber, Spinach, Apple, Cilantro, Ginger and Lemon

Beetit - Apple, Beetroot, Carrot

Pearatox - Pears, Celery, Fennel, Kale, Cucumber, Ginger and Lemon

Dad's Caddy - Carrot, pineapple, orange and TURMERIC.
