Carrot, Pineapple and Ginger A tropical twist to Carrot. Pineapple contains bromelain which improves digestion and Carrot is loaded with beta carotene. Liver converts it to vitamin A on as needed basis. It is also liver friendly. Add a shot of turmeric and this becomes your cold, cough fighter.
